How often should I replace my Waterdrop filter?
Filter lifespan varies by product. Generally, our pitcher filters should be replaced every 200 gallons or 3 months, while our under-sink RO systems can last between 6 to 24 months depending on the specific stage filter.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or return policy?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
